It is important to create a community of mutual assistance in the uncertain VUCA era. We will organize various events and activities mainly at new Asics Satoyama Stadium which opened on January 29, 2023 in order to connect the region and people to contribute to the revitalization and formation of the local community.
Message from Takeshi Okada
Due to the development of ICT and AI, we will face the new era where people thinks decision making as per AI’s advise is the best option to avoid mistakes. A life without failures is not bad. However, I think that is not enough for us to live happily as a human being. I believe it is also necessary to grow up after failure or to help each other and form a bond with others. We can provide such opportunities in the fields of sports and cultures where we are currently working on.
For example, we are planning to build a variety of facilities, such as fields, cafes, and day care facilities for people with disabilities at the parking lot of Asics Satoyama Stadium which was newly established in 2023. We will create an environment where everyone can enjoy music and art so that the visitors can regain their humanity there. At the same time, we will provide a place full of green like Satoyama where people can visit 365 days a year to feel relax. Our goal is to create a community of mutual assistance that compensates each other for food, clothing, and shelter that realizes our corporate philosophy.

ASICS SATOYAMA STUDIUM
Connecting people and regions as a base for culture and exchange
The new stadium opened on January 29, 2023.
We would like to make it a gathering place for citizens to rediscover the charm of Imabari while coexisting with nature and landscape. Even on days when there are no football games, we will create an open stadium where people can interact with each other and experience real emotions, and where people of all ages, genders, and disabilities can relax and enjoy themselves while interacting with each other. We believe it contributes to regional revitalization.

SATOYAMA SALON
A peaceful place where people interact with each other
SATOYAMA SALON is a cafe near the welfare office. We provide the place where diverse people can gather and accept each other’s differences with a smile. Our food menu is using local ingredients and friendly to the body, mind, and the environment, and environment friendly package is applied. The concept of the salon is the place where people interact with each other.

Community Village KITONARU
Cultivate rich satoyama and aim to realize an inclusive society
We would like to create an inclusive society based on this satoyama. The facility “Kitonaru” was constructed and operated by the social welfare corporation Kurushimakai, which has worked with FC Imabari on many occasions.
In this facility, people with disabilities who have difficulties in working life and children with uneven development can learn while interacting with many people in the community so that they can acquire the power to live on their own.
We aim to create an inclusive society by cultivating a rich Satoyama with everyone who attends Kurushimakai and this facility, and interacting with the fan supporters of the FC Imabari family through many events.
Dog park
Create places and opportunities to promote communication
There is a dog park at the corner of the ASICS SATOYAMA STADIUM.
Our stadium is not only a place for football games but also where local people can relax and interact with each other. The dog park is not only a place for owners and their dogs to enjoy but also a place for owners to meet each other and exchanges where conversations naturally start through their dogs. We will hold various events such as pet training classes, and promote communication between people and dogs and between people.
We will continue to plan many projects at ASICS SATOYAMA STADIUM so that local people can build rich social relationships.
SATOYAMA FARM
Learn sustainable production activities and enjoy the field work
We aim to create a place where people can refresh the mind and body in contact with soil and nature and growing crops. We expect that our events could foster a sense of gratitude for the preciousness of life and the blessings of food, as well as the joy and security of producing food production which was forgotten by modern people.
Based on the concept of environmental conservation, we will demonstrate Satoyama production activities in a sustainable manner that takes into account the reduction of the environmental impact caused by using chemical fertilizers and pesticides. We will gradually cultivate the soil with the help of various people. The vegetables from the field will be used in the cafe and the grapes on the slope are processed into wine. Our mission is to develop Satoyama Develop to play a role in entertaining the people who gather there.
HEALTH BUSINESS
RUNNING BUSINESS
Since 2022, we have provided physical fitness measurement and health programs for citizens with the theme of improving health awareness and establishing exercise habits. This service is a part of an environmental project created as a result of sorting out the relationship between the corporate philosophy and the SDG. We will develop our initiatives related to health at ASICS SATOYAMA STADIUM as well.
Shared transport service
From February 1, 2023, we started trial operation of a new shared mobility service “mobi” in Imabari City. Users can easily use mobi with an app or phone and efficiently travel to the destination while taking the most suitable route considering the reservation status and road conditions applying AI routing. FC Imabari cooperates with Community Mobility which operates mobi to revitalize local activities and mobility of human resource in the Imabari region by making ASICS SATOYAMA STADIUM one of the mobility hub.
